What we collect
The details you send in the request form: name, email, phone, the car's location, the listing link and your message. If you order, also the details needed for the inspection and invoicing.
Why
To answer your request and to carry out the inspection you order (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep accounting records required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who sees it
Our staff and the inspector who carries out your inspection. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
How long
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order and accounting records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. You may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or to the authority in your country.
